Three years ago, on October 7, the LORD blessed us with a little boy.  We named him Athanasius Paul Broten, after Athanasius, the early church leader in Alexandria Egypt, who devoted his life to writing and explaining that Jesus was not just a man, but LORD.  It is our hope that our son would have the same opportunities to share that truth with his friends around him.
