“Children are the living messages we send to a time we will not see.”

I thought of that this week while meeting with a group of people that have lived more years than I have and possess much more wisdom.  As we shared our story, one listener commented that he imagined the LORD might be pleased to use our children in even greater ways than us for His kingdom.  I think he’s probably right.

These are our “living messages” along with the rest of the children from our team just a few weeks ago in Florida (well, it’s 10 of the 13 total).  As you can imagine, we will have our hands full, but what a privilege we have to be shepherds of this flock.
