Tinkle, Tinkle: Little STAR
Live from Hadjer Hadiid (thanks to the kind V-SAT connection provided by the people at IRC) to bring you some exciting news, which actually surfaced in the Broten household on Monday. Athanasius Paul, affectionately known as Scooter, scooted his way over to the potty chair and finally succeeded to fill it with liquid. For some days, Scooter has been roaming the house in the mornings without a diaper in hopes of learning to go to the potty chair on his own. Then Monday morning, after a little tinkle on the ground, he stopped, walked over to the chair (with Mama’s help) and sat down to do the duty. Three cheers for *2010’s “Most Valuable Broten”, Athanasius.
*This annual award was given by Papa & Mama, after careful consideration that this accomplishment signaled a very near end to scrubbing Athanasius’ cloth diapers, which means they will now have a break from the laborious task for………..(drumroll please)……..4-5 months. Sweet :) Thank you Athanasius!
Yaaa to the MVB! I love how you Brotens cam move so fluidly from the deep theology to the nitty gritty of daily life! Its one of the many reasons why I love you all so much!
