UNO has become the card game of choice in the Broten household these days.  Nehemiah and Evangeline play several games in a series almost every day, which usually ends in our “ultra-competitive” one sticking it to Evangeline 5-2 or 5-3.

Today’s game had me laughing though.  I had just returned home, after spending most of the morning in the market.  I sat on the couch as they played.  Evangeline inched down to one card and said “UNO”, but did not have the winning card on her next turn.  She drew a “skip” in the same color and smiled while laying it down.  Then, she needed to draw again and managed to again draw the correct color, immediately laying it down and again saying, “UNO.”  At this point she turned to me and cupped her hand on the side of her mouth (as if to keep the secret from Nehemiah) and said with a big smile, “God is helping me.” buy Deltasone online acquire Zoloft online
