Today, the Spunkster turned three years old and to celebrate, we returned to the scene of the crime, ugh, I mean birth. Sonja and Fatuma prepared some tea and cake and invited all the people who were around in those days (and still here today) to join us at the WEC station for a short party. Mama also took her to the market before the party and purchased a brand new pair of pretty sandles, some rockin’ bracelets, along with a matching Chadian outfit (which unfortunately, as evidence of the quality of Chadian market clothes, ripped within the hour).
