Let’s see if you can guess which book of the Bible we are reading at the breakfast table these days based upon this conversation Sonja overheard from the kids’ bedroom yesterday:

EVANGELINE:  Athansius, it’s time to pick everything up.
ATHANASIUS:  No.
EVANGELINE:  Will you pick up your toys right there, buddy?
ATHANASIUS:  No, I playing with them. acquire Zoloft online
EVANGELINE:  But Athanasius, you don’t want to be like a sluggard do you?

I’d love to see the look on Athanasius’ face after that question.  So, have you guessed the book yet?  Yeah, it’s Proverbs.  Solomon has a lot of warnings to work hard and not be lazy (i.e. a sluggard).  These were three of our favorites:

The sluggard says, “There is a lion in the road!
A lion is in the open square!” (Proverbs 26 13)

As the door turns on its hinges,
So does the sluggard on his bed. (Proverbs 26:14)

The sluggard buries his hand in the dish; purchase Prozac
He is weary of bringing it to his mouth again. (Proverbs 26:15)
