Bath Time
Bath time is a rather joyous occasion in the Broten household. All the kids start to pull out the assortment of plastic tubs or buckets, although Nehemiah is having a tough time fitting into one these days. The plastic tubs are promptly filled with some water from our barrels and placed on or next to the veranda. The bar of soap is passed around for everyone to clean up. When everyone is finished, a quick survey of the used water will reveal hands down that Nehemiah collects the most dirt during the day.
One of the reasons I think the kids love baths is because if there is even a little breeze, it helps to cool them down. The smiles on these faces give you an idea:
