Thanks for the many prayers and kind notes regarding the knee injury.  On Thursday, I received very good news from the MRI results.  Neither the ACL or the MCL were fully torn, but both were severely strained.  The hard side of that news is I must wear a knee brace for about six weeks with no activity.  When he heard that, my good friend Dave wrote this:

So you know when they say no activity, that means don’t run on it or skate or stuff like that, right?  Just helping you read between the lines.
