Leg 1: Minneapolis To Chicago
On Tuesday morning, we set out on the first leg of our journey up to Sherbrooke, Quebec. The first leg’s destination was Chicago, IL where we visited two families that are friends of ours. We stopped near Madison, WI to visit the Schrader family (they will leave for Quebec on Monday) and share some ice cream cones. acquire Zoloft online
We spent Tuesday night and Wednesday with our friends the Brendsels. Jen Brendsel was one of the bridesmaids in our wedding and the woman who discipled Sonja shortly after she became a believer. She and her husband Dan adopted a little boy, John, from Korea last year. He is about the same age as Hadassah. Then, all of the sudden, after 5+ years of waiting for a child and stepping out in faith to adopt, the Brendsels are presently expecting a baby girl and Jen has the exact same due date as Sonja (or within a couple days). That was pretty amazing.
We finished up our time in Chicago by visiting another family we met about three years ago. They hope to go to Pakistan with their two children in the future, LORD-willing, and we were blessed to hear how the LORD is working in their hearts.
