Evangeline The Writer
Both Nehemiah and Evangeline had the opportunity during our time back on Home Ministry Assignment to take two classes at a local coop that offers middle school, high school, and AP courses to home-educated students.
One of the classes that Evangeline took was a course called Creative Writing and to say she loved it would be a vast understatement. Every week she came home with new principles in writing and a story assignment to test them out on.
The year culminated in one final assignment to write and illustrate a book. For the final day of class, family and friends were invited to an Author’s Party where the students presented a summary of their story. Here’s Evangeline sharing a little about herself and the story she wrote:
