Happy Birthday Sonja!
Sonja Broten, November 21 used to be just like any other day, until I met you. Now, it’s a day that I celebrate your birthday and thank God for the gift of your life and the opportunity to be a part of it. You are an amazing woman of faith and I admire the way you trust God for grace to follow Him in the hardest and simplest places on earth. You are an incredible mother to deliver, parent and homeschool all our children (how do you do it?). And then on top of that, you love me (which is like a 9th child) with the same joy, patience, and kindness. Thank you LORD for Sonja. May this upcoming year be special for her.
